I WENT IN TO GET ADVICE THE LADY SNAPPED AT ME TOLD ME IM NOT INTERESTED IN YR PROBLEMS I WAS SHOCKED THAT SHE WOULD TREAT A PENSIONER THIS WAY WHEN I NEED ADVICE ABOUT MY CARI LEFT IN TEARS I FELT LIKE I WAS A NUISENCE
