Good to see a petrol station amongest the scenary.

Don’t bother stopping here for ANY reason. It’s not a ‘service station’ it’s an inhospitable disappointment. Unwarranted rudeness from the ‘senior staff member’ via intercom regarding pre-pay only in the middle of the day, the “only customer toilet” closed for service that no doubt is just a much deferred cleaning. Premises are shabby and filthy. Food so unappealing and overpriced we just kept on driving. We only stopped here to use our company Mobil fleet card and therefore @MobilNZ you should educate this franchisee on the basics of customer service. We just needed petrol, clean hands and a pie, not punishment.

Was here on NYE after a long drive from North Island. Never have I had a terrible experience from a petrol station.The lady behind the counter was very rude to every paying customer including myself during the short time I was there. The self service was not working for some reason, so she shouted through the speakers to prepay. We wanted to fill the gas up and she demanded for us to guess the ‘exact amount’ or less, so she doesn’t have to go through the hassle of refunding us afterwards. She had a nasty tone the entire time, and ironically had a note by the counter that said “smile and be kind” . Better off getting your petrol elsewhere, not worth the disgusting service. Please also fix your attitude, that’s not how you talk to another person.

Don't go terrible service

I've never felt the need to leave a review for petrol station but I've not had such a terrible experience until now. The person at the counter had a short temper and was shouting when we went to prepay for fuel and talking to us like we were stupid. Even though we were paying customers, still got sent across the road to use the public toilet.

Although my own service was fine and my daughter and son used the toilet the paying customer behind was sent down the road. I felt uncomfortable about that.
