The Concierge Passenger Service

I have been fortunate to have used the passenger service many times over the years and they have been consistently fantastic. I cannot daily the service! I would highly recommend for all occasions the Matakana, Leigh and Omaha area’s.

We are delighted with the service Tracey, Wayne and their team provide for our corporate and leisure guests. Their vehicles are of a very high standard and are immaculately clean. They always go above and beyond and very importantly make sure no one is left behind. Thanks team, keep up the good work. It is greatly appreciated!

Great service and good value too. Very new 11 seater bus and the two different drivers I have met have been good. Very flexible about short notice trips too. Why bother driving yourself in Matakana/Omaha?

This service is great. They are always reliable and nothing is ever too much trouble. All the drivers are friendly and chatty. Brilliant for when you want a night out without worrying about have one too many drinks. Good value too. Even if its just 2 or 4 people the price great especially for a vehicle that is always immaculate . As I always say much cheaper than a lawyer""

Booked these guys in for NYE trip back from High Life to the local Plume Villas 3kms away. They charged over $45 pp return for the trip in a shared shuttle of 10 people (ie $450 for the round 6km trip). We couldn’t locate them for the return trip and had to find our own way back. Really inconvenient not being able to find them at the end of the night after paying such a premium price, found out you can just get your own taxi for the same price for this route so would recommend that for anyone looking for NYE transportation to and from these venues, taxis were there ready and waiting to go straight out the main exit with the buses.

Great service! The driver went above and beyond to get all our guests home from our wedding! Would happily use again!

If there were 100 stars I would give them 100!!!I have been around the world and caught my fair share of taxis. Tracey, the driver, by far provided a service which was beyond anything I might have hoped for.The Van was in immaculate condition for a start.She was booked to collect us from Warkworth Towing. She instead came all the way to Tàwharanui Beach.Arrived at the time stipulated. Waited an hour for the towey to attempt to get in the car. She then called her husband for him to come down and have a crack.She followed us back to the yard where a locksmith was meant to be as the car was impenetrable.It's now 7.00pm on a Sunday evening. I have 2 boys 7 and 8, my 8 year old is Autistic and has ADHD. She made them comfortable, with a DVD, while i was busy contacting insurance etc. She was beyond patient, she was supportive and understanding with my sons and myself.She also brought our dinner, as my wallet was in the car also.The order was for a ride. She wasn't sure weather or not she would get paid for wait time but she stayed anyway. She certainly didnt need to buy us dinner.We didnt get into the car until 10pm to retrieve our house keys.She had to drive us to Weymouth, Manukau City and then turn around and head home.As a taxi service she would have been working until all hours on Sunday morning and she still waited with us till 10pm to start the ride she booked.A better woman i don't think i will ever meet. I will forever remember and be grateful for the kindness and compassion and hope that one day I can pay it forward.Thank you Tracey from the bottom of my heart for your exceptional customer service, you're the best in the world in my books.

Having used The Concierge a few times now I had to write a review about how fantastic they are. Whether it be a short drop off to a local bar or a full day wine tour they truly make you feel special and welcome. They are reliable, friendly & incredibly knowledgeable about the area & surrounds.

We used this service to get a ride from the Sawmill Brewery to Matakana village (less than 4km). The cost was $30 which I thought was fairly outrageous. When I called the driver did say he was not a taxi service but his number was listed in the brewery with the other taxi options so I didn’t realise there would be such a big difference in cost.The next night we used Matakabs which was only $15.If you have a large group then maybe The Concierge could be a good option if you share the cost.

Great service and flexibility. Picked up our wedding party and ensured we stayed in good spirits until we got home. Would recommend.
