Horrible experience. They are a rip offs. I got a zagg and I had a 6 months warranty, the only fault that I had no picture of the receipt but I had a bank transaction. I asked them to print the receipt and she said she can't and made lot of false statements just to deny the warranty. The problem is not the $45 but how you behave with the customers. Priyanka who apparently said she was the manager does not know exactly what she is doing. She kept denying the warranty and started telling me I got a discount but there is nothing mentioned on the receipt. Does that mean you are basically fooling customers by doing illegal things and charging random amount to the customer.

I am thrilled with their service; they installed a screen shield on my mobile. It popped out due to the tight mobile case. They replaced it with a smile and helped to adjust the case cutting small corners of it. I totally recommend it.
