Pacific Radiology - Forté

I went for MRI scan at Forte 2. One of the assistants kept shouting at me like I was a deaf 5 yr old. It was my first time and she made me more anxious. She was also quite rough. I am a nurse and I know that this is not how you should behave when you work in health care. Her younger companion who did the MRI was better. She spoke gently and I heard her perfectly. A true professional but still one star because I felt really bad and belittled after my procedure which was eventually discontinued as my nervousness was drying my throat and I kept on coughing. MRI is a scary procedure for the first timer and the anxious. Please remember to be gentle regardless of who your client is. I am afraid to go for another MRI again hugely because of that experience.

Went for my growth scan and the ultrasound tech called Brian was just amazing!!!!! He thoroughly explained what images he was taking and what the normal ranges were.... I can't rave about him enough!

my last scan was very frustrating, I couldn't even see half body of my baby, horrible image, blurred. Pictures came in pieces. Also, staff rude and the manager called me saying i couldnt see a 19 weeks baby body and know how many inches is the baby neither. This radiology must be very bad because in my country the image is perfect, you can see the baby clearly and they still have 3D. Too far for improvement. Frustrating!

They don't answer their phones when you try get hold of them.

Had a phone call with Donna today and she is one of the loveliest people I've ever had the pleasure of talking to! She went above and beyond and I hope she gets recognized for her amazing service.

worst experience ever. receptionist and manager the most unfriendly persons and super arrogant. first time coming to this location and for sure last time. Pacific radiology at St. George is awesome.

Pretty disappointed to be honest, I rang up 2 times to come in and physically grab a copy of my results, I live in woodend so it's a fair hike, the first time they weren't even ready, the second time I wasn't allowed to grab them as the specialist was to see them first, surely the receptionist would have known both times pretty unfortunate, seems to be a lack of communication between the receptionist and what can actually happen

A big Thank-you to Charlotte and the team for making me feel OK when my claustrophia took over during my MRI. You were comforting yet very professional and at no time did you make me feel silly or inadequate, even as I was annoyed at myself. Thanks so much for your patience in getting me through the procedure.

Shirley was awesome today, she was so knowledgeable and explained exactly what we were looking at, was patient and this was the best experience I have had by far when getting ultrasounds done here.
