From day one, I was treated well, from the hearing test to the testing of the hearing aids and the purchase of the hearing aids. The audiologist was knowledgeable and friendly. The support after the purchase has also been great.

The staff are warm and welcoming, the service is excellent and it’s great to have the annual follow ups , which I find very reassuring . I’m happy with my hearing aid and I have no hesitation in referring my friends to this company. In fact I have already done so! .

Really responsive and helpful. Contacted them regarding a problem with my hearing aid, invited to coem in imediately, and probelm was quickly and efficiently resolved. The technician also spent time providing me qwith some training on the product. Much appreciated.
