Looks to be a small family run cafe. Flat white coffee is superb, and their date scones are richly filled with dates. It's probably the best you can eat in N.Z. I say this having travelled top to toe on both N.Z. islands many times.

This place changed my life - the pizza and cream-filled donuts are amazing and reasonably priced! Some of the best cafe food, never mind the BEST keto food, I have had in Auckland! 10/10 would recommend the curry chicken pizza as well :)

Food is AMAZING and so filling! I had the Steak and cheese pie - the steak melted in my mouth and the crust is soo good and cheesy. Also tried the jelly donut which was unbelievably good. BEST keto food in Auckland.

Yum! Traveled from East Auckland to try. Much better then keto eats in manukau im afraid, bigger portions for $$$. And absolutely delish. Will come out again in a month. :)

I live in the city but commute to the coast from time to time. Keto by D makes by far the best low carb bread I’ve ever had which is great as a takeaway type food so I have stock before next return. Freezes great, super yummy tasting and the true definition of clean eating food. My digestive experience is completely non-burdened with what is clearly pure and high quality ingredients. That includes the treats of which there are many and very flavoursome! The food is also very filling, a big driver in helping keep hunger at bay on a low carb diet. Truely a business that fully understands the needs of the customers they focus on from both a healthy ingredient AND pleasurable eating perspective. The thought and care that goes into everything produced is evident. So if you’re passing and appreciate the benefits of this diet, you’d be bonkers not to stop in and enjoy the experience of a close knit team that really know what they’re doing and does it for all the right reasons!

I've done two orders with Dee and have found the service and food really good. Love the pies, sweets and beef lasagne. Very filling frozen meals
