I Have had several things done on my CLS Mercedes and they have done a Wonderful job at an excellent rate every time.I wouldn't go to anyone else .Thank you for all your help :)

Enquired about having my 1990 190E looked at as it’s having starting issues. The guy who answered basically said they don’t want to fix that model and that you can’t get parts for it. I’ve ordered new OEM parts from Pelican Parts that are literally made exactly for this car so I’m not sure what the problem is there. It’s an old model but fairly popular and still a lot of them around. Sounded more like the guy couldn’t be bothered despite me offering to pay and cover whatever cost the repairs involved as it’s a sentimental car more than anything. Not impressed and actually quite upset with the attitude here. Made me feel like my Mercedes and my business didn’t matter to them at all without even looking at it. Will definitely not recommend this business to anyone.In reply: thanks for your response. It shows perfectly why I made the review in the first place. Usually I don’t bother with leaving reviews unless they’re positive because they’re mostly petty and pointless otherwise.When you said the older model guy would be back in two weeks I said that’s fine I’m happy to wait. It’s then that you said he might not be able to fix it and there aren’t parts for it anymore anyway. That’s why I said “that’s a lie because I’ve bought parts from Pelican Parts etc etc”. No where was it stated I could supply parts. It’s after that exchange I asked if I should just give up on the car and you replied yes. And that’s why I hung up.I’m over it now. I just had never experienced that kind of attitude before. Have since got it started and going myself and is at a different mechanic who was happy to work on it without making me feel like a jackass for even asking.

Fast, friendly and very helpful. Quite reasonably priced as well. I'll certainly be using them as long as I have my Mercedes.

Genuine and excellent service!!!Wanted to check a fault light and a few other things. Darren took it for a spin, answered concerns and dint charge anything . . I dint have to wait as well ., So cool !

Excellent Workshop. Emil was a real pleasure to deal with and knowledgeable. I don't trust a lot of mechanics with my AMG but felt confident with them.

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable people in EC Mercedez. I went with them without appointment for a couple of times but still looked after me very well. They spent time with me for diagnosis the issue.Highly recommended.
