I am very disgusted by the behavior of your staff member at the store mentioned above. Maori man, thin build, blondish pony tail, facil hair. Check your camerasWe normally shop here and it is good but today was disgusting!Threatening to lay charges against clients is not good. We were filming for my wifes family and showing them options. She did not respond rude! and apologized to you!! You were disgusting!!! I would like a formal apology!

Always busy. Skinny on check out personal. Some prices better than others but must check closely. We asked for location of an item and were pleasantly surprised that they knew and they were kind. This person is above the norm in PnS.

Went grocery shopping today and purchased a watermelon, displayed at 4.99$ each, it was also displayed online like this.after returning home we realised we had been charged 25$ for the watermelon, we then went back in store to see that they had removed the display price, and then they proceeded to refuse giving us a refund, overall extremely saddened by how this was handled.

I shop here on a weekly basis. Most of the staff is super friendly, but definitely noticing the produce quality going down. And basically got yelled at by the manager at the checkout when moving a small trolley to the side so I could use a bigger one.Definitely left a bad impression.

Well stocked and clean and tidy the day I visited. Huge parking space like other Pak’nSave branches but very busy.Please keep eye at checkout because there is usual price difference at the shelf and the checkout probably lack of communication between the price updates.

Did my first click and collect with this store and when I went to pick up, there were so many items that were unable to be supplied that I ended up just cancelling the whole order. Was told I should have shopped in store instead. What is the point then of having online shopping? - Non of the items I order were marked “out of stock”. - Also, they won’t substitute several smaller items to make the equivalent of a large one (but Countdown WILL) and they also adds $5 “service” fee to every online order irrespective of the total value (Countdown DONT charge such a fee). Very disappointing experience. Will be going back to doing my online shopping at Countdown instead where they don’t charge extra service fees and go out of their way to make sure you get your full order).

Very clean, well stocked shop, particularly given the supply chain issues at the moment. Had a lovely, pleasant, efficient checkout operator too. All in all as enjoyable as a shopping trip can be - a necessary evil
