Very expensive, I given my Mercedes Benz for service they charged more than Mercedes Servise centre, I shifted to Wellington from another town, Unfortunately I just given the car for Servise and called me with in one hour with their charge that is including 300 NZD their charge. I called Mercedes Benz and they said 200 NZD less than the werkstatt . Told them to hold the service process. Informed me that they already started the service can’t hold the process.

The most enjoyable experience I have had at a workshop in years! Polite and accommodating owner and a extremely dedicated team. Work was quoted and carried out in a timely manner and best of all I was informed the entire way, right down to the last cent. Thank you once again. Sent an email request to repair the car. Kyran responded promptly. A quick call confirmed the appointment and all set. Stuart serviced our car. Super efficient. There is a lot to be done to an old car and we don't want to invest too much in. We told him safety was our primary concern. The most urgent items were fixed and Stuart helped us figure out what we can do a little later to suit our budget. The invoice neatly itemises what was done and a report explains it in more detail and records what needs to be done next. Some parts were ordered from overseas so we will be back in a week or so to have them fitted. The place looks neat. Stuart and Kyran take pride in their work and premises and it shows.

I had a pre-purchase inspection carried out by these guys last week and was impressed by their knowledge and felt confident they would give me a honest detailed inspection. They are super friendly and gave me the time, and answered all my questions. They didn't make me feel bad when I rang for advice a few times.
