A Rude lady came over, could hardley tell me about the specific flooring I asked about. Actually gave me the wrong information when i asked, then brushed me off as she had stuff to do before she finishes. Will never go back and lost $20,000 worth of business as a result.

Dave and the team at Carpet Court are amazing. I was only looking for small carpet. Regardless, their service went way above and beyond. Superb product and never short of great advice. A wonderful service and next time I'm buying, it'll definitely be from Dave at Carpet Court Tauranga.

Will never go back. Went in today. Wandered around for some time. While leaving shop shouted out THANK YOU very sarcastically as not one person approached or asked if we needed assistance. Just lost a sale for carpet and filing in very large 4 bedroom house.

Got carpet court to do carpet was good job but they cracked a tile while laying the carpet and 8 month's later I'm still waiting for them to fix the the kitchen floor honestly fed up with themDon't know how many times I've contacted them about this and still nothing happened
