Unreliable and rubbish service. they will lie to you just to get you off the phone. made 3 calls to them about a deliver and they lied each of the 3 times. They also wasted my time. I wasted a day sitting around waiting when if they had told the truth i would have spent the day getting something done.

After a google search it says you are “open” on matariki day and you are not. Drive miles to pick up a parcel. No good

Incredibly disappointed with NZ Post whose delivery items are far too long, with only three delivery days a week to certain provinces. Their 'courier' service is pointless, as it regularly takes longer than standard post, most particularly for Internationsl courier. I would not use NZ Courier Post again.

Absolutely garbage.They keep delivering my parcels to wrong addresses and when I ring NZPost they always lie to me saying they delivered it to the right addresses. Well, the other day my mate rang me said he got my parcel. I complained to NZ Post then they said their GPS system says it got to the right place? That bloody GPS system must be broken. How come he lives in melville and got my parcel which was meant to be sent to Rototuna? Of course the address put on the parcel was correct. Delivery dudes don't care and keep distributing parcels to any addresses. Useless and Disgusting.

Wonderful staff and service at the Anglesea Mail Centre. Just a shame that so many people leave bad reviews here when the complaints they have are actually about NZ Post Call Centre & courier drivers and have absolutely nothing to do with the Anglesea Mail Centre.

Absolutely horrendous service by NZ post. Courier driver couldn’t be bothered to take a shred of effort to deliver important documents. Got a tag saying we missed you on the day we were in the house and then after several attempts to try to pick up the package was told the driver hasn’t associated the parcel with the number correctly so they have just conveniently lost the package. The staff at the Center were apologetic to be fair and quite nice but the service Center was probably the worst support I have ever experienced. She said she spoke to the delivery guy and “he can’t remember”. What was remarkable was that she thought that explanation was completely valid to compensate for the fact that:He made 0 effort to actually deliver the packageHe couldn’t even associate it with the right number.She then went on to ask me what the tracking number was - which they DIDN’T leave!Icing on the cake was that she then said “find out the tracking number”. Love the power I’m given when the person working in the system hasn’t a clue on how to find it herself.In toto: complete disregard for property, zero empathy and complete indifference (apart from being terrible at their job at all levels)Please pay extra and use better delivery services.

Horrible service. It's appalling how they don't deliver to the right address, says I could pick up the parcel from the next business day and when I came here 3 days later I returned with nothing as they haven't yet gotten the parcel. I spent time and fuel and they don't even apologize or offer any remedies for their mistake.

Worst service ever. Never even waited for me to come to the door before leaving. Paid $5.00 for a saturday delivery. They still did not come. This is the norm for NZ Post.

As I've don't have photo ID can't pick up my parcel, however they come to my house to drop it off, no ID needed.....I mean I've got every other card in my wallet with my name on it.... just a pain my license got stolen.....
