Stevens Northwest

Stevens is a store within, and at the South end of the second storey of the FARMERS' shop (after you go up the escalator).The formal address for the shop/Centre is misleading - resulting in disorientation and mall access problems. The substantial carpark has two access driveways - neither from Fred Taylor Drive. One from the East, Gunton Drive, and the other from the North, Tawhia Drive. Pedestrians can also access the Centre from the West Maki Street.Stevens has a great range of traditional kitchen equipment plus a boutique collection of more interesting and special cooking and baking equipment/utensils. Find an eclectic gift for that someone special...The Stevens' team are pleasant happy, enthusiastic and helpful about their products, and about what they do.

easy to find and good parking.

Rude customer service by old woman at this Stevens desk inside farmers. People have bad days but this woman has never been happy when I’ve asked for help. Wish her a good day and it’ll make the awkward situation worse

Went looking for a chef's knife after breaking mine, and found a top quality Finnish one at $200. After seeing my jaw drop, the assistant said if I liked the look of it they had an almost identical one at $30. It was perfect, then she mentioned there was a special" on

Rather hard to find and a small stevens the one in new lynn mall is better

Found what I wanted myself, not assisted, so went to Farmers counter to pay.

It wasn't bad but it was too small, they only had a tiny collection of items. However the shopping was still good I love Stevens, that's why you need to make the store bigger.
