BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INCOMPETENT. Waited about 20minutes to have a digital passport photo done. Unfortunately when I got home and tried to use it, it was incorrect and didn't meet required size.Went back to the store, waited in-line, another long wait. Whilst at the front of the que the staff ignored me and served the people behind me. It's like they saw straight through me.

REALLY BAD COSTUMER SERVICE! I was on the line to pay for my stuff and 2 of the items had the wrong price scanned, so when I asked the cashier about it she told me to go check it myself and step aside as there were OTHER costumers to serve! LIKE I WAS SO SHOCKED about her behaviour! THE RUDENESS! Never have I ever had to deal with this kind of staff before. As a person who's worked in the service industry before, this is UNACCEPTABLE.

Shocking service from print department. The lady running the department is so rude and honestly needs to be fired. They incorrectly printed my project and refused to give a refund…said I must take it up with the online department. I’ll never come back .

The manager, Pankaj, was absolutely horrible to me. He looked at me condescendingly and refused to listen to me.Worst manager I have come across ever. Please fire him. Other reviews are saying the same thing.

Purposely rang to see what the wait time was for get documents binded, and was told there was no wait. Arrived in store and was told there is a 2 day wait as we are short staffed. Well you could have told me that over the phone so I didn't waste my petrol getting there, just to be turned away again.

Manager would not honor price on product. Was extremely rude Pangat and threw away price sticker on thr marked down items. So rude his staff apologized for his behavior and advised that other Manger would have honored price under consumer guarantees Act. Avoid this branch.

Fantastic visit/shopping, went to print photos as a gift, had help, above and beyond from the lady at the counter, this store is nice tidy and the prices are great, the lady had the best customer service I have ever experienced, super friendly, I felt like a pain and muck around and this lovely lady made me feel ok and understood. Shannon is her name !! Thank you Shannon, staff like yourself are why people return for repeat buying. Happy new year and the photos turned out great. I'm sure my dad will love it.Thank you.

Was served by a lady with a really short hair and glasses today at the printing counter. I only had one photo to print, it was on a larger size so I do understand that there would be a few minutes wait for it, but was told in a not so friendly manner that it would have to be left with them and to come back the next day. I was trying to explain that someone had done it on the same day before but she had cut me off saying that she’s sure someone did, but they’re not doing it today.The website said that if you require the same day printing, to do it instore hence why I didn’t order it from the website.

HiToday i went to warehouse startionary westgate. There was one lady Manpreet kaur. i had very bad experience with her. She was really rude and showing Attitude. i was in line.when i got my turn i said , i needs passport size photo please. She heard and ignore me, And said oki was looking to her and she was taking with other customers,After some time i talk with one kiwi girl , when again i was in lineshe asked me, what do you wanti said i need’s passport photo pleaseThen very kindly she said, please i will call to that person, whe is clicking photo,Then she called to photographer person and he clicked my photos . Photographer was really nice , i told about Manpreet kaur to him,Again Manpreet was looking me with very Angry wayi don’t know whyThanks
