Heidi was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions (of which there were many) and provided a wealth of knowledge, providing me with some great purchases, that suited my needs. She also stated that I could come back, should I need any more purchases, or if I had any questions, and she and/or her fellow team members would be happy to help me. So very friendly, patient and welcoming. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

A well stocked store in central Hamilton with lots of parking close by.I shopped for hard books with my grandson and walked out with 6! The variety was amazing!
