Thanks Monika for a speedy excellent job on repairing my iPhone 7 screen. She is super fast she told with in 30 minutes she finish that job but I surprised with in 15 minutes she done that job. Super friendly and fast service. I have brought a glass screen protector as well. She put it with in minute. Thank you very much Mobile hut! :)

After having look on the rewiews, looks like all are fake.super super expensive,I went in there to get my phone fixed which I broke it during my travel,but found that their prices are super expensive in Whole North Island region. Also saying same day repair but they said it will take 2-3 days to get my mobile fixed.

Went here to get my iPhone 11 pro max screen replaced after it cracked, they replaced me with an OEM screen which cost $800 and the screen protector and they did not even do a good job as my front camera got all dusty and the front speaker didn’t sit straight, went back and ask to get it clean. They said it’s the protector, got it replaced but it is on the actual cameraLater on the screen start getting all grainy, and i went back since it was still under warranty and asked them to get it fixed, they blamed it on me for not updating the software without actually checking the phone. I talked to manager about it and she said will change me a new screen instead and keep telling me to come back next week the screen will be here, after 3 weeks and got told that they would check my connection, they didn’t even order the new screen.After they “checked the connection”, the screen blacked out, I couldn’t use it for anything. Went back to the shop and was promised a new screen again, but after weeks I got nothing, no phone calls from them.After all the trouble with going back and forth, I was told that they would not be replacing it because is the LCD damage (this is somehow now my fault), though happened after they checked the connection. I ended up asking for a refund, went through a bunch of trouble for this as well. This place was unprofessional and irresponsible!After finally getting my refund, I went to a different place to get my phone thoroughly checked out to find out that they completely messed up my phone! Missing screws that supposed to hold the screen and phone together, potentially damaged motherboard now as well !

I went in to get my cracked phone screen repaired, and after 3 weeks and 3 screens that were not properly applied, i decided to go elsewhere.Although Monica was very unhelpful throughout the process, I was able to get a full refund.My new phone screen works well, I just wish that it was on correctly and not covered in glue. The back of my phone has also been damaged.I've asked at other repair stores who have confirmed the job was handled poorly and they are unsure if it is possible to fully fix my phone now. Thanks mobile hut!Very unhappy with the results and customer service, and will NOT be returning!

Sadly, the girl who replaced my iPhone screen stripped the screw and now it’s permanently stuck half out of the phone. Because she could not install the new screen correctly with the damaged screw, she gave me the phone back with a visible gap between the glass and the phone (large enough for my fingernails slide through) . I took it back to show her and she pushed the screen down harder which damaged the display and left light leaking from where she pushed. I took it back again and they replaced the screen but they also had to push it and now it’s still damaged. So my phone has a screw half hanging out and light leakage on the side. Funny thing was that my original lcd panel was never damaged but just the outer glass. The replacement lcd is of a much lower quality than the original and has a yellow tint. Overall not a good service so one star.

The wanganui store has had their doors closed for months. You have my laptop and I want it back. If you knew you were closing your doors you had my phone number you should have rang and made contact before shutting your doors and holding onto my belongings. I have attempted to locate the owner through various avenues with no luck. If no contact is made I will take legal action to get my belongings back, thanks rom one very unhappy customer

I popped in here yesterday to ask how much to fix my cracked phone screen, lady was extremely polite, precise, and said it can be done in 30 minutes. Gave her phone, came back in 30 minutes, job done, great price and extremely professional service, thank you very much Mobile Hut! :-)
