The owner has a terrible attitude toward visiting Customers. I walked in with intentions of spending but the visit was brief because of her extremely rude 'Karen' attitude. Avoid her like the Covid plague.

Ailsa’s is an amazing shop on the Main Street. It has crystals, crafts, Incense, skulls, fairy’s and more. Great little store for gifts, there is something for all ages. Yvonne is so kind and so helpful we just love visiting.

Ailsa's is a funky little shop located on Main St in Upper Hutt. They have a collection of fantasy and mystic themed items, including ornaments, crystals, pictures, incense and other curiosities. The staff are always very friendly. This is a great opportunity to support a local business and find someting a bit different. It is definitely worth checking out.

lovely shop owner come here all the time have bought more than 30 crystals here, amazing size and low price, 10/10 reccomend <33 she also sells insense, candles, books and much more :)

Went into Alisa's looking for some oracle cards and was met with the best customer service I've had in my whole life. Everything was explained to me in such an easy way to understand and I was told that I was welcome back to the store just to ask any questions or to chat about the cards. I felt so welcome and looked after in Alisa's and would recommend this store to anyone looking for oracle cars or anything else along those lines.
