I had a problem with delivery during level 4 lock down and the team (Sue) from Glengarry were able to turn this bad situation with the delivery company into a positive experience re sending my parcel and getting it re delivered within 3 hours! 5 starts for the great customer service!

Nothing against this particular store but a warning: DO NOT give your email address/sign up to the Glengarry newsletter etc. It’s almost impossible to unsubscribe from - conveniently their website keeps showing an “error” when you eventually click through the many links/options they’ve put in the way of you unsubscribing. That kind of retention approach is infantile/about a decade old. Hint to Glengarry: when people click Unsubscribe at the bottom of your email, they want to unsubscribe...Now consigned to junk/spam.

Prompt delivery service during lockdown, however one bottle of wine was missing, despite having paid for it. The company does not answer emails, so I am out of the pocket 14 dollars. Order 9200838 packed by MACKAY JAMIESON.
