Car collection and the car itself was very good, but just note that the RaD's not in the major cities (like this one) do charge considerably more so if you have the time and don't mind extra driving, picking up in Auckland/Christchurch can save you quite a lot.

I highly recommend RaD car hire. They were great to deal with. We needed to extend our rental by a few hours and they were just so accommodating. I will definitely be using RaD again when we go to Rotarua.

I’m very sorry to have forgotten to do this sooner! My family rented a car last October and your company was brilliant to deal with. You’d office admin also gave me a left back into town to my hotel when I returned my vehicle-which went over and above any expectations. The car was nice and clean. Really easy to get the keys as we got in to Rotorua after our flight from Christchurch was cancelled and we had to fly to Auckland first then bus back to Rotorua. No issues with the car. Collecting the car at the airport was great.
