I’ve had such a great experience with New face laser, feel very comfortable during my appointments. I saw great results after my first treatment and it’s been working well ever since. Definitely recommend to anyone who’s thinking of getting Laser hair removal. All the staff is attentive, offers great customer service and is affordable. Best beauty investment for me so far

The owner of this business is very rude and unprofessional. Never has my friend experienced such aggression and insolence. She makes up policies and rules on the spot to avoid taking accountability or solving the matter. Her behaviour is aggressive and downright disgusting! Would not recommend to anyone. She is also the manager so there isn't anyone to take escalate complaints too. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

I was New Face’s first client when they started in Royal Oak back in 2011. I’m so glad this business has been growing as they offer the best hair removal treatment, and it isn’t as painful as before, thanks to the latest technology. I have tried other treatments, which have helped me to control the hair growth, but none of them have been as effective as New Face’s. I can totally recommend this treatment to others, and I’m so happy they have been offering great discounts recently.

I am so impressed with my results so far. After 4 laser hair removal sessions the hair is almost gone. I cant wait to see permanent results once I have finished my course of treatments. So quick, easy and pain free. Would recommend to anyone, they are truely amazing!

I've gone in for a facial consultation and received a plan and quote. I've left them 3 messages and they haven't returned my call. Once, a woman picked up and stated would call me back in 10 minutes, yet nothing. Not sure how their actual service is, but they are certainly not organized!Update-didn't receive a message and my consult was in January, so the delay has been quite some time!
