I hired an emtb to ride to the top of Ben Lomond and my second day a trance 29r to 7 mile. Jordan and the guys in the shop are absolute legends, I had the best experience and I would highly recommend anyone wanting to ride bikes to go to them. If I had more time in QT I would be going again. Also it's 110% worth hiring a emtb to climb skyline we were at the top in 20 min from the access road and they are still alot of fun on the way down. They have a massive range of bikes to choose from for all skill levels. If you are reading this go hire a bike and ride!

Bought this bike here. Asked to get a new chainset for my bike I bought 1 1/2 years ago. No spare parts available and total cost about half the price buying this bike new.I got as an answer „this bikes are not the best quality…“ I am wondering why they sell this bikes if there is no motivation to fix them.

We had an afternoon to kill in Qtown and decided to do a bit of tyre kicking for some snowborading gear to improve next few days on the hill.I found a great deal on some Burton snow overalls, (better than any of the other prices we'd seen around town), my husband was interested in some new boots.Enter the world's nicest sales chick Bryony!! She was exceptional with her knowledge of the equipment, interested in the style of riding he prefers, and had a really relaxed and friendly manner as he tried on a few different models. Having size 13 feet made the choices a bit limited, but Bryony was patient and engaging (we ended up having a great conversation about things to consider if I end up changing my board after 15 years of loyal service!)While the boots mission didn't work out for hubby, Bryony wrote down details of what he'd tried to avoid faffing about in the future. She also gave us a great recommendation for a local place to grab a drink and warm up after our shopping expedition! If you are looking for warm, friendly, and professional advice while you are in Queenstown definitely go in here and ask for Bryony!! She rules!!

We booked 2 emtb a couple of days earlier and when we got them they were dirty and one of them really noisy (broken bearings). Later on we realised that we were charged 10 dollars (each) more than advertised and when we asked the reason why we were told that it was for the insurance that everyone agrees to have"...well... we were not asked

I hired an eMTB from torpedo to ride the bike park and out of all the things I’ve done in New Zealand that was one of the best. The bike park here is so much fun and the e-bike gave me enough laps to really make the money worth it. Logan at the bike shop walked me through the beta of the trails and made sure I was ready to shred. The price was super fair for 4 hours and owe that man my life for making the suggestion after I initially decided against it.

Have hired a snowboard, boots and helmet for 2 days and still got more days to go. So far very happy with the quality. Service was also great.

We hired bikes from these guys for myself & my wife, with my 2 year old on the kiddy seat. After 2 hours my little one had enough, we returned the bikes early & these guys couldn't be more understanding! We received a partial refund & nothing was an issue. Highly recommend, very professional service.

Hired three e bikes. Pretty basic bikes. Uncomfortable seats and seemed pretty old. Wouldn’t recommend unless they upgrade their bikes. Disappointing. Would pay a bit more and get a decent ride in future.

Flat tire on the way to our destination, and called the shop, they said they can’t do anything, so we have to figure it out by ourselves. We walked all the way to a bus stop, and waited more than one hour for the bus. Just sharing my experience, if you consider getting one, maybe ask more questions to see which shop is better for you. Quite a few bike hiring shops here anyway. Cheers.

Not a terrible price but poor experience. We were a decent group of a few families trying to get through as quickly as we could one morning and we had one staff helping us while the 2-3 other staff skipped over us. Bit unfortunate because we ended up missing out on most of our day in the snow, as when we just made it to the hill we were the first to that got stopped due to poor conditions. When we came to bring our stuff back, staff weren’t really interested in helping/listening to us. Asked for a bit of help and got shut down.
