Store wasn't busy. Good range of products and friendly customer service.Left the store feeling the invoice is higher than the price displayed on the stickers on the shoes. I was informed that the shoe was mislabeled as a call-back shoes at discounted price, but the system scanned the packaging box as if it wasn't damaged. I switched my shoes, but the experience left me confused.

We went obuy some shoes. I must admit Emma Charlotte and Ember are the kind of staff customers wd love to deal with .they were very welcoming ,warm and friendly and very helpful with constructive suggestions .all theses make a huge diffeence and impression upon us seniors. Must commend the management on choice of staff. Keep up the excellent woth the three lovely young ladies !!

I went today to purchase my running shoes at Skechers (next to the Warehouse). The staff was very friendly and helpful. Maria (one of the staff) helped me a lot and provided exceptional customer service. She was awesome and knows her products well.Thanks Maria, I will visit again bes of WoW in-store experience and purchase more stuffs from you. Thanks for your help today, you guys have good deals going on and good merchandising.
