I've been with Unbound for around 18 months now, hands down the best property managers I've dealt with. Excellent communications, any problems very quickly stop being problems, repairs and maintenance never an issue. Awesome team.

I find Unbound very professional, their property inspections are done promptly and are send updates of each inspection.Any issues are brought to my attention immediately.I am kept in contact regularly of any yearly maintenance they think will protect my house.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.1) Estate agent arrives too late to a viewing. No excuse and no warning about it. I left after 5 minutes as I do not have time to wait to see if (or if not) the viewing is still going to take place. No notifications in my email later on the day either. I only heard about her late arrival after I complained.2) No possibility of clicking on request a viewing" on their website. Most of the rentals are not displayed there. They rather force you to "apply" for a property which you even haven't seen. Why should I provide private information (bank statements

Unbound has been exceptionally great to us. Victoria is our property manager who we deal with in the house that we rent and she has been absolutely amazing. I would recommend unbound property management any day and would highly consider them in future investments of mine.
