I find the staff here very helpful and friendly, and clearly animal lovers. Their prices are on the higher side compared to other places, but overall I drive out of my way to shop here.

Our dog loves going there, especially watching the cats! It's like going to the movies... More seriously, great choice of pet supplies, super friendly and helpful staff, good prices. This store also has a great selection of pick-and-mix dog treats, which our dog is addicted to.

Possibly the friendliest store in Auckland.I buy treats and flea and worming products.If I fed my kids pre packed food I would buy this there too.We are always made to feel welcome and welcome to return.Great assortment of products, specials weekly and Lilli is welcome to come inside and shop with me; she loves that.
