A little while ago I sent a watch that was very broken and of little monetary value up to Graeme for repair. The love and time and care put into it is something I will always be grateful for. It was one of the only items my dad still had from his mother who passed when he was 12. I'm his eldest daughter and he wanted to pass it on to me but unfortunately it ran into a mishap. When I showed him the repaired watch, he sobbed, he was so happy. That was almost a year ago and every now and then he'll still mention how much that meant to him. We're forever grateful that you didn't give up on our little watch.
