Such an easy level 3 process! And the staff were super fast and super friendly which became infectious and everyone waiting was in good spirits! I also felt very safe with the covid tracing QR code placed everywhere and in convenient places. Safe distancing was practiced as well! Absolutely amazing experience!! Good stuff team!!!

Asked for ID at almost 33 years of age.I've lived just up the road my whole life and have been served by one of the staff well over a dozen times then when questioned they denied recognizing me.Said it was my local and I'm not going to be coming back and they said good!If I could get my ID back from the people that stole my ute that might help. But now ild rather just go to one of the other shops that recognize regular customers, you know the people that pay / spend money with you. Thanks for the cold business feeling

After ordering online, I received an email confirming that it was okay to pick up, but there is no stock. He said it wasn't his fault to contact the head office to solve the refund problem.

Good product range, good website, good special prices. In store experience, some aisles a bit too narrow, hard for 2 people to get past each other. Not always easy to locate products I want especially when shop is busy.
