Visiting Rangiora from Auckland, customer services in the drive thru was absolutely fantastic. Very polite, very kind which we definitely don't get at maccas in Akld. Definitely recommend

Usually comes here after work and sometimes the food gets delayed but the service is great. Came here 3 weeks ago and while I was about to order I saw the guy talking to some elderly couple. His service is pretty good just feel bad when it gets busy the food gets delayed and then you all get a bad review. Will definitely pop in again.

Well isnt the McDonald's family friendly restaurant, part of history now, its 100% a food factory pumping out terrible quality, over priced food and the burgers are smaller in diameter size.No customer service, order your own and wait for a person to yell out your number, if your lucky enough to have one as the kiosks are always empty of paper. What a terrible place to work under constant high pressure and stress from everyone and even worse as a customer to witness, it's a chaotic mess, but I can also understand this is society's demands now !Ill never be back to support it !

Fries were cooked in oxidated oil tasted gross. Tables near play area were filthy, I cleaned one for us to use and the paper came up black. Very cold and uninviting place.

when I ordered at McDonalds rangiora my made to order menu item one of the staff young male staff members serving mocked it out loud in front of other staff members and customers very unprofessional behavior even by dead end Maccas employee standards I won't be going back there again this incident occurred on the 1/7/2023

Greasy food in a restaurant that needs a clean, doubtful this place even has a broom. Sticky looking marks on the walls. Staff with long blonde plaited ponytail touching hair and touching food. Staff more concerned with chatting than prepping food. Give this place a big miss

Have been here a couple of times now and every time it is just as bad. Dirty, food service is extremely slow and the staff are rude. I would rather travel an extra 15 minutes to the ravenswood mcdonalds to have a way better and nicer experience.

Kiosk had a printer error and didnt give me a number. Food was called by number only. The food was good, but took over 15mins as burger maker was making wrong burgers.Then another staff member dropped a drink, slowly mopped it up with wet mop, and another staff member slipped and spilled the drink she was carrying. He didn't clean the drink that was spilled up the wall. Didn't care. Disappointing experience.

The manager of this store is the most rude, arrogant, and emotional employee I've come across at McDonald's. I feel sorry for anyone else who has to be treated so poorly just for trying to order a meal. This lady has obviously had enough of her job and shows great lack of customer skills or motivation to even work in customer service.Went to Kaiapoi however, the new guy there had customer service skills 10 times better than a manager. Always seems slower than most other McDonalds regardless of how busy they are. Often mess up orders. Self service kiosks never have paper to print receipts and one digital signage menu board has been out of action for weeks - seems like management don't care about presenting a good image and customer experience.
