AA Auto Centre Dunedin

AA Auto Centre Dunedin has been super helpful with all my problems I've faced with my Audi A4. Despite it being in and out of the mechanic many times, AA has been very helpful by explaining everything and getting repairs done in a timely manner.

Thanks to the man at the front desk who called Beggs locksmith for me ( locked myself out on a stormy day in Dunedin, March 21st. Much appreciated and will use AA for future services.

Leaving a review on behalf; someone I know well recently went in to have their car looked at and although the service was speedy and the prices were fair, the customer service was sub par. This person felt belittled by an employee serving them and were shamed on the state of various aspects of the vehicle- while they understood the points being made, the way it came across was rude and condescending. There are various factors that can affect one’s ability to maintain a vehicle consistently, and as this person is a single parent of multiple children the way this employee treated them was perceived as judgemental. This person will not be returning despite the mechanics incredible job and well priced service.

I love AA Auto Centre. The staff are incredibly nice and keep me updated with how my car is going during the service. I always recommend for my friends to go to AA

Paid for the Gold Service and experienced fantastic customer service with all the bells and whistles. My car had its wof completed by AA Auto Dunedin which was unexpected. The car service was completed earlier and the cost was a great price too. Highly recommend you go and see the friendly staff for your car requirements.

Rude staff. Try to shame you for any upgrades you've had done to your car or any damages from accidents. Make out that the car is way worse than it is so you have to conveniently buy their gold service to fix the issues. Telling us it'd be around $600. We go down the road the same day and have any issues fixed for $220 at oil changers. The guy made fun of the paint on our car and tow bar calling us blind. So rude. Don't recommend.

Prices are very reasonable they take care to look after your car you leave with a clean set of wheels.

I booked my Fuga in for a warrant of fitness at the AA & was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness & the time it took them. Unlike previous experiences at VTNZ. Well done AA & thank you for your service & the waiting area is great plus child friendly. Tim Pain.
