It usually has very good items however the staff dont have a clue on some of the items they price e.g a top you can buy in kmart for $25 they will sell for $22 but it's been obversly worn , and the amount of times iv been in there and they have turned people's donations away without even looking at them saying they are too stocked however over priced by alot and ontop of the bag loads they bin without a thort of others that mit be of need or have use for is that's very dissapointing and defeats the purpose of who they are and what they stand for really.. a donation shop that doesn't except donations if they dont ant them that day bizarre..

The best op shop I’ve ever been too (and I could say I’ve been to a fair few all around NZ). The staff are lovely, the racks are tidy and not too packed, pricing is fair, and the general vibe of the store is lovely to walk into! Thanks so much to the new manager for the great service today. I will be telling all my friends to buy from you guys!

Awfully overpriced. A lot of the winter clothes had holes in them but were still over $20. Atmosphere is not very nice due to grumpy staff. Would avoid.

Very very expensive- Good children section and lots of little items -extremely well displayed and organised as if the stock doesn’t move that much....! It probably doesn’t as the prices are well out of kilter most things Are more expensive than full retail price brand-new.

You can buy things new off the shelf for cheaper than you will buy it here. They start sorting through your donations and throwing them in the dumpster outside before you've even left the shop. If you're overstocked, decline goods as another shop can use them. I will never donate goods here or buy from here again. You're much better off going to St Vincent de Paul in Khandallah. Lovely staff and super reasonable prices.

This place is great especially when you are greeted by friendly staff and they asked to give them a call if we needed any assistance that's how everyone should be welcomed into a shop well done I love it and you will not be disappointed when you visit Salvation Army Kaiwharawhara

My friend gave her wedding dress to an op shop so that a person with little money could benefit from it ... If she knew he would have put it at $ 160 ... she would have kept it or she would sold itself. Soon these stores will close with new applications that will allow you to sell your clothes yourself like in a lot of countries. Basically the second hand is for associations and the poor, no price depending on the brand or because it is supposedly vintage"."

Ludicrously overpriced. They must think they can charge $25 for a shirt because it’s close to Khandallah. The town shop usually charges $5.These people are out of touch.Avoid -
