Uzabus - Bay of Plenty

MAY - Update on below post....Uzabus apologized for the handling of the below and have been working with the parents and schools to come up with a alternative plan. I have to mention Justin Allan of whom I have had dealings with and whom I know is working to try and keep this service going.Originally my rating was a 1 so have now increased to a 4 (I can't make it higher cause though work has been done original handling cannot be ignored)APRIL -How about this...a note given to my boys today on their morning commute saying that they canceling the bus run from Te Puke to Tauranga Intermediate, Tauranga Boys College and Tauranga Girls College effective Thursday 13 April....no pre warning and in the middle of the year...a service we have been using for 7 years, and has been going longer than that. When rung you didn't seem to care and moaned cause the government wouldn't subsidize it...Uzabus bus we parents pay for it, if the numbers are low run a smaller bus or maybe implement a per term price only so you are guaranteed funds whether kid on bus or not. It's called consultation...you'd be amazed what could happen.

This morning we me and daughter walked down to our normal bus stop to wait for her scho bus 520 we saw it go past us and the bus driver didnt even looked over to stop amd pick her up for tauranga intemediate so now she will have to wait till her dad finish work so in the mean time she going to be late for scho

Have a very small bus for a large amount of boys and they can't give us a normal size bus about 5 boys will be standing up each morning with not room.. no good. Asked if they could change it but just said bus was designed for 8 standing, and then did not reply . Very disappointed
