Fantastic customer service. Fast and easy communication regarding the quote including SMS follow ups to remind me of booking time. Car was repaired quickly and efficiently and handed back to me washed.

EXTREMELY poor customer service. Called them to make a booking and the cut me off telling me to bring my car in. Once I brought my car they refused to look at it and told me I needed to call and book in.

Had to get a dent repaired and chose Blair wright. The staff members are very friendly and professional. Ray did the initial inspection and explained the details of what he thinks should be done. It was a very good chat with him.The dates got delayed due to covid-19, but as it was level 3 got the message to rebookThe communication was very good, sophie was great to work with, helped with all the info needed and sorting out any of the insurance things with respect to excess pay.The job was very well done, Its good as new. Excellent on time estimate and delivery. Again got a text with the pickup time. Very good process.Just a tip, if u have an insurance excess, just pay direct to Blair wright, its much easier to deal with them instead of ur insurance :)

Repaired panel and bumper there by my insurance company's referral. But after getting the car back, I found trail lights in the trunk lid didn't work. The manager said they didn't touch the boot. Bulbs are not working because of aging and need to change every 2 years. Terrible attitude while discussing the issue. And he said he is going to bill my insurance company $45 for the talk.
