This company has a monopoly on repairing Audi cars in Christchurch so if you have an imported car from overseas they will point blank refuse to repair it for you. They say they pride themselves in customer service well I say that is no way to treat any customer because you simply can not get your car repaired in Christchurch.

Our Skoda Kamiq unfortunately developed a crack in the “Moon Roof” requiring complete replacement of the roof, right from first contact with Craig.the communication was outstanding keeped informed on progress,loan car arranged,job completed on time,to a high standard,Louis was great kept us up to date.Outstanding Communication and workmanship,highly recommend.

Extremely disappointed services with My VW. Way too expensive of a job just to fix a small panel of scratch. Charged over 2k... Quite unreasonable. Definitely would not go back again!! European car owners please be wary.

Raxworthy did an excellent job repairing my Audi. Communication around the job was top notch, and they even allowed me to have my dogs in the loan car, which is pretty unheard of! Thanks for an excellent customer experience guys!

Unlike the recent review from Bob Thayer, our experience has been exceptional with several of our European import vehicles repaired / touched up by Craig and the team at Raxworthy's over recent years. We've had work on Audi, older Porsche and BMW without issue and to an extremely high standard. Totally recommended
