Went to buy grandson an ice cream, no one behind the counter walked around other side of kiosk and she was sitting at a table using her cell phone. I asked about service and she said had just sat down for her break" and would not get up and serve !!!! Yes i realize all staff need a break but you have that when no customers waiting !!! Other people waiting walked away as well

I would give zero stars if it was an option. I would suggest some serious retaining to be done with your staff here. My sister was over charged by $2 ( the attitude was the issue not the $ ) according to the prices that were advertised and the young lady who served her did not even want to have a conversation about it, let alone offer an apology and refund. My sisters shake was then forgotten ( the other team member serving upsized it, to make up for the wait ) the sundae I ordered was the saddest sundae I’ve even seen, huge waste of money . Two scoops of ice cream and a flake crumbled on top ? Surely no one classes that as a sundae ? Looked nothing like the picture advertising it. I remember the shake shed & co being much better than this.

Absolutely terrible service. Was charged an extra 8 cents for using eftpos not pay wave which seems strange. My son liked the ice cream but just took way too long. Staff member just couldn't care less who's waiting. She has one speed... super slow!

I just went in for 2 scoop icecreme to find a 25% increase in price. Not good enough. I came away with no icecreme.

Absolutely disgusting service was hardly spoken too attitude with your staff need to be looked at and probley some hospitality course wouldn’t go amiss smile goes a long way do better can say would not recommend was ten dollars badly spent (would give 0 stars) maccas here we come!

Was in line for over 10 minutes , When it was my turn to be served she walked away and Completely ignored me . When I finally got her attention she told me they were closed . This happened at 4:40 today , you’re signs clearly said you’s closed at 6 . Done some shopping walked passed again and she was sitting down on her phone . Such bad customer service !!

Extremely slow service with no acknowledgment from staff. Asked the older man for some ice in my drink, and he ignored me, apparently too busy putting up those tiny drink umbrellas to serve any customers. The bubble tea was so so sweet and sugary (which is why I waited almost 20 minutes for three cubes of ice) and the lady working didn’t know the ingredients or how her co worker had made it. Such a disappointing experience all around.

Very disappointed with the customer service by staffs at this Shake Shed and Co. Girls were not focused on customer. It’s understandable during busy period. But not acceptable if there’s only 2 customers waiting and two staffs in store. Girls were not even bothered about taking my order. Very poor customer service. Cookies and cream crumble top shake was yum though.
