Booked in and took a day off with a friend to make the appt. Got there and he was shut, Contacted and he stated he was Off to Christchurch" for the day. "How unprofessional of me" he admitted. Incompetent I think is a more apt term. If you want an unprofessional tinter who may decide to open or not
