The Yoga Room
Had a marvellous yoga session at Kathryn’s new studio this week. She is very welcoming and knowledgeable and encourages you to work at your own level of capability whilst also encouraging you to push further. Came away feeling great , so glad to be back into my yoga practice in her capable hands. I’ll be a regular.

The Yoga Room
New studio in Kaipara Portage Road, Riverhead as well as studio at St Chads, Matua Road. New studio is excellent - all brand new and sparkling with air conditioning and heating. Easy parking. Kathryn is an excellent Iyengar instructor and very particular about ensuring class attendees assume positions correctly and avoid injury. I look forward t going to her classes.
