I have been three times to Rio Beauty so far and it's been great each time. Very clean premises, lovely chairs to sit in, nice staff and a good-looking pedicure. Care is taken and the foot and leg massage is wonderful :) Thank you Rio Beauty.Update two years later: Still a fabulous place to have my pedicure done. The staff are caring, and kind, and it's all credit to the owner Nuzia. Thank you!

Great experience, nails were done beautifully. Nice, clean salon with wonderful service. I'd go so far as to say best nail salon in Napier. No compromising on quality just to get you in and out within the quickest time frame. And the staff are really lovely. Just a genuinely great service provided by Rio.

Great pedicure thank you. So nice to be pampered. Foot spa chairs are in good condition with a good strong massage option. I love how I didn't feel rushed. A very professional treatment was much appreciated. It was a gift voucher from my (adult) children...I told them it was a perfect gift.

I had a gel powder manicure which took over two hours and needed to be done serval times. The end result was cracked, lumpy and very thick. I returned the next day to speak to the manager and she kindly offered me a refund. Since then I have heard nothing from her, and she will not reply to any of my text messages or emails.I am still waiting to be refunded for the cost of my nails as I had to go and get them removed at another store.Would not recommend.

Absolutely loved my experience today. Nuzia the business owner is incredibly professional and patient. She explained the different manicure options for my thin nails and they have not looked better - ever.I wish she would be my go to in Wellington. But I will make sure to book an appointment every time I’m in Napier. Thank you, Nuzia! My nails look and feel fantastic

Really disappointed. Had gel manicure and paint completely peeled off in the first few days. Called to resolve and was told someone would call me back. 3 days later no call so called again to be told they won’t do anything about it. I won’t be going back to this establishment - had photos to prove and everything. Not the way to handle a complaint at all.

The worst salon I’ve ever been to. The lady filed my nails so short and I had cuts around my cuticles they were bleeding. She didn’t know what she was doing and took far longer than any salon I’ve been too. They didn’t apologise and still made me pay full price. Never coming back and wouldn’t recommend anyone else too. Absolutely devastating. Not one to write reviews but I would hope no one is left in the same position I am.
