Dave gave us expert unbiased help with our existing septic system that needs replacing. He put us in touch with the right person who will instal the new system and Dave completed the correct paperwork for the regional council for resource consent, as well as soil testing and site placement. Dave was excellent to work with. We were considering options for wastewater disposal for our section near the coast and were all at sea in terms of what to use from the dozens of different systems on the market. We had suppliers offering to write us reports from Auckland without even visiting the site or knowing the local District Plan rules. Turned out an ordinary septic tank was no use under the Plan rules - all very confusing. Bringing Dave in was like turning the lights on – he took us through our options, provided recommendations, wrote a design report for the council and we went from there. Hiring Dave was the best decision we could have made.
