I do not recommend this courier company at all! I paid $15 for shipping, have waited 10 working days still haven’t received it and when I contacted them they told me it was lost in transit and will have to organise replacements. Also the Manager Nicole from Whangarei branch was rude and kept talking over me not very professional at all

Excellent service. The staff were very friendly and our parcel reached the address in the South Island (not even a major centre) in 2 days. Would definitely recommend them.

I need to arrange redelivery of a parcel to a different address because they refuse to deliver anything to our address (yet other courier companies do not have an issue), yet they won't answer their phone. It keeps disconnecting after one or two rings.

Terrible service. Was supose to receive parcel in 2days. At day 6 and still waiting. Was put on board the courier for drop off twice and both times ended up back at the depot. Then to ring back again for 4th time to be told they cant find it and it MAY have been packed in a courier for the next day !!! Shocking!! I will never use them or recommend them for anyone. I'll be going back to the people who sent the parcel to me and advice them not to use post haste again for their business . ! Disappointing!!!!

Awful. The girl at reception slammed her phone down and rolled her eyes she clearly didnt want to serve me. Second time having to go here for a parcel in a week where i've had to lock our business up and travel there. I know the business is torrential at the moment but this place is disorganized. messy. Terrible reception. I couldnt get to the desk in fear of tripping. To add to my torture it reeks of stale ashtrays and BO. It's no wonder my courier walked. This place is horrible.

Awesome team. Had a situation out of the ordinary" and Ebony and Brooke were amazing. Went out of their way to fix a situation with little old lady I know... Good old fashioned service. Highly recommend this branch. Thanks heaps."

I try to avoid but from any stores that use poste haste now. They are the slowest courier service. On multiple times I have got items sent to a business address in my town and they take over a month to arrive. Instead of being delivered to the business they are dropped off 100 m down the road at the rural depot where I can’t pick them up from. Very frustrating!

Delivered parcel for wrong person, I called and let them know, they said would arrange a courier to collect that was Thursday, it's now Tuesday and no one has come to collect so someone is missing their parcel wondering where it is, nothing post haste about their service

We have used Post haste for our freight for the last 11 years. In that time and sending out thousands of parcels we have only needed to claim once. Good service and if you have a problem Eddie (manager) is always happy to follow it up for you.

They could of called me that they my parcel was there for a few days but no. My number was on the parcel. I had to call and follow up even tho the address on my parcel was 2mins up the road ?Thats how long it taken me to drive and pick up my parcel, 2mins ?????
