My new doctor is absolutely fantastic. I have never met a doctor so on to it. I had been sick for 3 months and the other doctor's I had seen in Christchurch before I moved here couldn't seen to get me better. I seen Dr Jan Cottle twice and within 1 month all my symptoms had gone. Thanks to doc and there lovely staff for making me welcome.

Jan Cottle is the best GP I ever had. Wonderful lady, helpful and very on to it.

Richard was wonderful and took the time to talk about everything in detail. I didn't feel rushed and left feeling well looked after :)

I just want to thank you especially for the doctor Anna Gilmour for the excellence service provided, she is so attentive, listen carefully what we have to say and go above and beyond to help you. She is the best doctor I’ve been too.

I did not have to wait long ,it's a shame there are no magazines to read at the moment but most are busy on their phones anyway

Doctors are super nice and helpful but one receptionist is super rude and mean. I called for a change of appointment. First time nobody picked up. Second time she hanged me up before I could make another appointment. She hanged me up when I was still speaking!!!! I just completed ‘sorry I couldn’t make it today and...’. She said ‘yeah right’ and hanged up!!!!Also. No confirmation text message 24h before the appointment time as before. That’s part of the reason I missed the appointment....and I never missed any appointment before...
