Excellent service, very helpful in ordering hard to find sheet music and they had great communication during the whole process and the delivery was very fast. Highly recommend dealing with Piano Traders!

I was prepared to spend $$$ on a digital piano but despite being in the store for about 10min browsing at different models, nobody offered to assist me. There was a customer at the counter asking the poor assistant all kinds of inane questions (e.g. where to get a black & white photo of a musician) (?!), so I appreciate that the person was a bit busy BUT under the circumstances a simple with you in 5 minutes) would have been appreciated. There was also somebody cleaning pianos who ignored me as well. I went elsewhere and got excellent assistance within 20sec of walking in the door. I recommend some customer service training here"

Bought the piano in 2016, when the owner was Robert's father, who promised a 20% discount for future buying the books. This year, I called to confirm whether that the discount available, the answer was yes, but when I went to the store, said to me that didn’t remember it. There is no record in the computer for discounts. Come on!! In 2016, your father still wrote the invoice by hand. Of course there have northing in computer!I don't care about a few dollars off, but I do care about doing business so dishonestly!!!
