I visited from Christchurch and was absolutely amazed at all the beautiful jewelry. The quality is amazing and prices are excellent. But best of all are the staff, Nina Bhen was absolutely lovely and couldn't be more helpful, she gave me so many options and I ended up buying an additional ring for myself. My fiancé and I had the greatest experience in choosing our engagement rings from here! We were on a deadline and no one could custom make the rings we were both after or fit our budget… We tried our luck by visiting the Mount Roskill Sona Sansaar store and honestly it was the best decision we had made!!We were assisted by Vishal who made our rings come to real life. He had great product knowledge with a keen sense of knowing our taste! Him and the staff went above and beyond to get us our ring as little as 14 days. I was sent photos in between the making and they made sure I knew what was happening! It was so exciting being involved in the whole process!Overall, all the staff are knowledgeable, polite, professional and simply wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend Vishal and can’t thank him enough for this help and service!Thank you for making us the perfect ring, we received so many compliments & we couldn’t be happier. We will be back!

Sona sansaar is one stop shop for gold jewellery. Once you go here you don’t need to see other options. We have been going there since more than 10 years now and every time we shop there, we gets really good experience. But apart from these you need one companion to suggest what to shop right thing for you in your set budget which we found in one of their best staff Mrs Nina Tailor. We mostly do shopping from Sona Sansar just because of her. She is really polite, very good in customer service at the same time full of patience. Thanks for your service.
