5-15 days to get connected... what a joke.. over a month for some minion to come have a look to see where to dig... but here the catch, it's a new build, cable is waiting to be pulled through... and you noobs would know this.. and yes not my first time dealing with you useless bunch... nice to be the only ones that do this area... then we can do as we please... does telecom ring any bells... I would rate you zero, but I can't!!!

Just wanted to thank the young man that took time to stop during busy 5 o'clock traffic to help a mum n her three kids change a tyre. He was in the company ute, didn't catch his name, but thankyou.

Henry and George were our UFF installers recently at our place of business, and I cannot recommend those two men enough!! Not only were they professional, and went the extra mile for us, but they were so kind and put the biggest smiles on our faces while they were with us! I'm going to miss seeing them around! If I ever have any further connections to make with UFF, I will certainly be requesting the A Team" as they call themselves! A for Asian

From start to finish UFF have done a great job. The crew that had to partially dig up my yard and garden were careful and tidy. I can barely tell where my grass was dug. I also want to send a shout out to the final tech installer, Riley, who was not only polite, but his customer service skills were outstanding! Thanks guys!
