The price of the products at this store are expensive compared to their online store. I bought a book which is $22 at their online store but $30 at the store. When asked about the price difference they said that I'll need to add $7 for shipping if I purchase it online. Didn't understand their justification for the high price at the store. Though I showed them the 'Free click & collect' they kept on saying about the $7 shipping charge if bought online.

Never bought anything but the selection is limited and only one or two staff members actually acknowledged me while in the store. One guy walked in with his dog and actually got behind the counter to do the work of the employee since he didn’t want to wait or even attempt to be patient (maybe I’m overreacting) but it was a bit rude of the guy to just bluntly tell the employee that he’ll do his job for him since he wasn’t doing it fast enough (worker didn’t want to make mistakes with the printer and making copies).

LI bought toys and gifts for Christmas present and I had to replace one of them as the recipient’s already have what i got for him. I went back to paperplus Remuera and talk to one of the staff, she then referred me to her manager about the matter. The manager was really kind and understanding, she allowed me replace the toy I purchased and gift wrap it for me which was really nice of her. It was a lovely visit and highly recommended going there specially if you don’t like going in the mall.

Usually good but guy working there on Monday night was horrendously rude to us and his own colleague. Was literally yelling at us that they were closing and wouldn’t even let us speak to let him know we were well aware the store closed in 10 minutes and were just rushing after work to pick up a prepaid envelope to prep something to post tomorrow. His colleague was actually trying to help us and he kept talking over her. HORRIBLE! Needless to say we walked out after 30 seconds, not dealing with that nonsense.

Great store. Quite a few people in there in the morning which is nice to see. Brilliant books and a vast range of choice. New books are in there and always have sales on. Service is great multiple people at the counter, and post area, and also have a few staff around stocking shelves. Price is very fair. Lovely store, tidy and organized. Good to see people supporting Paper Plus Remuera. Giftcard was easy to use.

Absolutely appalling! Special trip Wednesday evening only to find the Store in darkness at 5:50 Returned Thursday morning to make my purchase and mentioned the early closing to met with a complete denial that they had closed early Bizarre performance in front of staff and other customers! Happy to take my custom elsewhere!

A post shop and book shop in one. Very helpful staff, especially when posting overseas and navigating customs forms.
