NZ Post Shop Motueka

They have bounced back from the closure and flood. Now, the staff are helpful and friendly and the postal service is fast and secure. This is the only postal service which didn't experience major delays around Christmas. I'm happy to have the team back.

Not sure if this is the national NZ Post issue or if this is local but we had problems with the poste restante service here.My partner had his driver's license directed to the Motueka Post Shop as we were on holiday around the area. We found that the mail wasn't there yet so requested if it could be redirected as STATED in the NZ Post website. However, the lady said they could not redirect our mail despite being told otherwise on the website.....Maybe a bit of consistency would be better? Like if this Motueka shop can't do this service then maybe don't say that you can in the NZ Post website?Also on a more personal note, the lady sounded quite condescending when handling this issue. They could've kept their calm but instead made it seem as though we were demanding something impossible.

Why am I trying 2 ring the motueka store.....and then being put on hold in Christchurch?

Good service and a wide range of stationary with lots of books. The post office is in the back of the stationary shop, but they have different operating hours. The post shop hours are quite limited so check the hours first.

Always helpful and friendly staff.
