Great service, staff is very helpful, friendly. Awesome communications as to progress. Clear explanations were offered to me, so I was able to make well informed decessions in regards to which services to go for.Also very happy with the reasonable service fees.

My computer would let me put my password in due to a security glitch and Computer freeks we awesome the price was very reasonable for what they did very happy

After standing outside talking to someone on a monitor for ten minutes trying to get advice. I got nowhere then he walked through a door and was rude to me and refused to sell me the adaptor he had that id been asking for all along. Terrible service and a worse attitude!!!!!

We had issues with a forgotten password to a laptop that had all the household information stored in it and the team at Computer Freeks was so helpful. The contactless service at the front counter was awesome and within 10 minutes of walking out the door I had an email with all the details I needed to know about the work they would do. They kept contact through the time they had our laptop and worked quickly to an excellent outcome! Thanks guys :)

I am a visitor here and managed to get drenched by a rogue wave with my phone in my pocket. The next day it wouldn't charge. I took it to Computer Freeks in Whitianga and they were wonderful. They sorted the phone by the afternoon and charged a good price. Great service and such a relief for me. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

My hard drive was formatted by a TV automatically which deleted what was on the drive and I scanned it myself to see if any of the data was recoverable and it was. I didn't trust myself to do the job properly so I took it to who I thought would be a professional. Unfortunately, a day later then when the job was supposed to be done, I was told no data was recoverable and upon scanning when I got home I saw the data that was recoverable was no longer there. I also noticed they had reformatted the drive again which I suspect finished off what was on there. UPDATE: Received a call where I was refunded and apologised too very nice of them to do so, they didn't need to do that but they did so I'm happier than I was before.

We were so delighted that Computer Freeks found software issues causing our laptop screen malfunction and fixed it quickly and cheaply. We were worried that we would need a new screen. Many thanks.

Took a week to not be able to diagnose a hardware vs software issue, couldnt tell me more than i already knew and didn't have basic spare hardware to test...they also took way too long to not be able to verify a problem, very strange. Seems they are best equipped to deal with old people laptop won't turn on type problems, which is fair enough in this town

Computer Freeks identified that a programme supposedly loaded on my computer did not exist. They cleaned my computer and reloaded the correct programme.Computer Freeks then provided me with documentation to lay a complaint with PayPal, who investigated the seller. This resulted in me receiving a full refund from PayPal of the $USD 250.00. Thank you team for a great outcome. Your professional services are greatly appreciated. Judy
