Masterton Library has had a 3CX phone system for 9 years now and while it was initially supported by the installers, support was then handed off to a local firm. Whenever they lost a staff member their institutional knowledge of 3CX was impacted and after several years and upgrades our phone system had a number of idiosyncrasies due to hurried solutions and sticking plaster fixes. No-one's fault, it's just the way it works and probably sounds very familiar to most of you!Enter Paul and his team - We had the fantastic Bill remote in from VoipHQ to fix some of these legacy problems and he was utterly superb!He worked seamlessly with our local firm and over the course of two 90 minute remote sessions he ironed a decade of niggling problems flat. He fixed the problems we knew about, and hunted down the ones we didn't even realise we had. He was kind, professional, courteous and inventive.He was able to manipulate the software effortlessly and even work with hardware he'd never encountered before.
