Terrific customer service - in my experience, they have been able to quickly and accurately diagnose problems, have offered competitive prices, and have always come in handy if I have lost something as simple as an M.2 screw.Highly recommend.

Fantastic service, fantastic team. Baught genuine printer cartridges from here today almost half of another 'warehouse' style shop. The guys are very willing to help and knowledgeable , if they don't know something they are upfront and will find out. I needed a gaming headset for a Christmas gift and they did all the research based on my needs, found a great product that ticked all the boxes, really can't thank them enough for all the help.

Definitely will buy some more stuff from here. Good pricing and came pretty fast (came in 3 days). I gave it a 4 star only because it made me worried that they didn’t provide any tracking numbers or updates about my package through email but it’s all good now:)

What exceptional service, communication and knowledge. I wish I had known about these guys when I built my first PC. They custom built my machine and keep me informed in the process the whole way through. Their prices were better than anywhere else in New Zealand. I have never found a place that puts so much emphasis into customer service. Im so pleased I have found them and wont go anywhere else! What a pleasure to work with!. Thank you to all of the team in VRC.
