Very poor service and quality.Paid over $2500 for boat upholstery which was poorly fitted which will not last.Took one panel back because the fabric was coming away after a few weeks. Clearly did not want to repair it and in fact they didn't. They made it worse.Poor communication. Sloppy work.Very very disappointing when you decide to support a local company and all you get is a poor job.

They did a great job of the seats in my old truck but it did take quite some time. Price was what I expected

I took my 2005 Ford Explorer truck to Paul based on the reviews online to replace the roof upholstery which was damaged by Hamilton Windscreen repairs who cut the trim while replacing the windscreen. Unfortunately I have had a horror experience returning the truck twice due to fix damage done to the electrical wiring, sun roof not working, the heating system in the roof and seat belts not functional due to what can only be described as poor workman ship. The upholstery was immaculate and thank you for replacing it. However the side effects have left me with a truck that now has a major electrical problem, a flat battery every second day and the the system running at 0.7 and not 0.2-0.3. On both occasions the truck was not checked and I had to return it to Paul to be fixed. The third episode has left me with no confidence and I have now had to get this checked with an auto electrician in Hamilton. Because this was a repair job done covered by AA I have informed them of the problem. This experience has been stressful and it is not over. I have informed Paul of the dilemma. I will be sending on a full report from the electricians to AA

I lost a part of my boat canopy on my travel home from Napier, Paul yerex upholstery made a new piece to replace the lost one ,the newly made clear window that was made was a perfect replacement and you couldn't tell it apart from the factory finish on the other side.
