Kitchen Things Whangarei

I didn't even know this firm existed when I went online in search of a pedestal base for my Bosch front loader washing machine. They were the only company in Whangarei that was listed as stocking the pedestals, so I went along to purchase one. They did not have any in stock but said they would get one sent up for me, which they did extremely promptly. As I was in the process of moving house I didn't unpack the pedestal for a couple of months and was dismayed to find the screw holes on the base did not match the fittings on the machine (evidently my model machine is the only one that doesn't fit). Initially I was told I would receive a full refund, but shortly afterwards a gentleman rang to say that they would be able to make the necessary adjustments if I returned the base. Not only were the modifications carried out, but the pedestal was also delivered and fitted to my machine. Very impressed with the service and attention from Kitchen Things, Whangarei. Thank you.

I ordered Samsung cook top from Auckland which comes cracked. Kitchen Things guys in the Whangarei store made it breeze and sorted on the spot with smile on their face!Lovely place and lovely people. Highly recommended.

Great service

Always great service from Rob and the team. I have bought a lot of appliances from Kitchenthings and most have been outstanding. Unfortunately the Neff cooktop is a dud, nothing to do with the shop itself though.
