These guys went out of their way to ensure my family had a safe trip back to the Bay. Repaired a puncture just before closing so we didn't have to make the trip on a space saver. Great service, highly recommend these guys.

Drove up to Palmerston North from masterton on Saturday the 6th of July to get a quote in person. The guy who was there on the day was extremely helpful and promised he could get the rims & tyres we decided on to come overnight. We then drove back to masterton confident that when we returned on the Tuesday at lunch time everything would be perfect & the rims & tyres we chose would get fit to my car. Tuesday the 9th rolls around & I drive up to Palmerston only to receive a call at 11:40am from coopers tyres informing me that my rims & tyres are stuck in a truck on the dessert road & they will call me when they arrive. My understanding was that I was going to hang around for a few hours in case they showed up. I waited until 2pm when I made 2 calls to the shop to check on the progress. No answer. On the third call they answered & said “look we won’t be able to fit them today even if they arrived because we are fully booked this arvo & you’ll just have to come back some time during the week & well give you a call when they arrive” I was extremely disappointed & upset that I’ve now driven up to Palmerston North twice for no reason! I understand things can happen but when he said overnight I took his word that he meant overnight. He never said one business night. So when I ordered these on the Saturday theoretically they should’ve been there the Sunday or Monday at the latest. OR we could’ve agreed to meet on the Wednesday to allow extra time for them to get there & allow for delays. No apology, no offer to make a plan that would suit me, no understanding. It has now been 2 weeks & I still haven’t received a call from them to inform me that they’ve even arrived. I will be taking my business elsewhere & in the future I will be reading reviews before I drive a significant distance for nothing.
